Although I have a layer to remove before my stomach looks like that I figure can get the muscles underneath in the right shape in the mean time.
For the challenge 30 days is all the commitment you and I need, just one month. That's not too much.
What's better is that if you don't currently work your abs you should only do this every 2 or 3 days. Can't go wrong when your month is that much shorter.
