Well I'm half way there and very excited that I've figured out a couple more things I can eat. Salsa - in moderation, and oatmeal. Salsa is great on so many things like eggs, chicken and potatoes, yummy times ahead! Oh and I love oatmeal, very excited when I finally figured that out. A little cinnamon and apple and I'm good. Next time maybe some almond butter.
I was thinking I'll post a sample of my menu and some yummy recipes and ideas I've come across should you decide to do a cleanse too.
I have started to wonder if I really need the Wild Rose D-tox kit, I think the food changes alone would have done the same job so once this is over I will continue on the food cleanse. Plus tomorrow I have more news so check back.
