Wow it's sure been a while since I've been here and I'm sorry. I've been trying to sort out things in my life so that I can focus on what's important and what I want for my future.

I'm posting this to keep myself honest, to keep my goal in front of me and to hopefully make me hold myself accountable. Those who know me know I'm great at starting things. I talk a big game. I can motivate and pick-up others no problem. What I can't seem to do is finish anything or motivate myself. So here we go. My plan is to list my goals for here and keep you all posted to keep me on track. I'd live you to comment with your goals, dates and up-dates as well. Maybe together we can finish!!! So I found this great picture coutesy of Google Images and I think it's a great way to make my goals something concrete, something attainable, something I came see a map and follow through to the end. 1) Specific: Run more or really at all 2) Measurable: 100km 3) Achievable: 25km/week or 5km/day 5 days a week 4) Relevant: Improved cardio to keep up with Miss Muffet and feel better over all 5) Time Bound: Month of June I hope to hear your goals and progress.
