Starting on my journey today and I hope you follow.
I had the choice between P90X or Power 90 and for now I've chosen P90X. I have the time during the day and want the intensity that comes with it.
My plan is to note everyday how it's going. Why? Well two reasons. First it's to keep me honest and motivated. If you find it inspiring than all the better. Second it's part of my bucket list, I want to journal everyday for a year, I'll start here with 90 days.
I will post my day 1 pictures this week, then day 31, day 61 and finally day 90. I hope you join me in my journey and perhaps start your own.
Fitness: P90X Chest & Shoulders, Ab Ripper X
- HOLY SHIT I can feel it as I'm writing this, I'm soooo going to hurt tomorrow! My arms are so tired, to tell the truth all of me is tired and I fell asleep this afternoon already and I'm heading to bed soon. I managed to complete all of Ab Ripper X, thank-you pause button. I'm looking forward to the day I let it play all the way through and I complete it all.
Diet: Fair to Good
- Had my Shakeology this morning, Greenberry with 1/2 cup water and 1/2 cup cranberry juice - so far the best of this flavor I've had. Lunch was spicy hit chili that we made during a cleanse so its pretty healthy too. Dinner was chicken, sweet potato Hummas and salad.
I REALLY need to focus on my water and eating more frequently.
